Nikki Boucard

Born in California, raised in Australia, and now living in France, Nikki has crossed the Pacific more times than she can count. After spending almost ten years in the music industry as a tour coordinator, Nikki moved to San Francisco and went to culinary school. She then went on to manage a number of fine dining restaurants before taking a position at OpenTable as a project manager. She quickly moved into a role with the global operations team, where she helped build and manage customer onboarding strategies.

At simplOR, Nikki provides support to all of our teams in a way that promotes an effective smooth-running organization. Now living in the Loire Valley in France, Nikki spends her free time indulging in her love of good food and wine and running a small photography business with her husband.
